Industrial Hygienist

Coordinating and maintaining a comprhensive industrial hygiene program covering recognition,evaluation and control of occupational hralth nhazzards.



Maning, conducting, supervising and implentation of industrial hygiene surveys and programs.





Providing technical guidence and support to the operations line organization, engineeringstaff and other Safety/IH staff members reguarding health and safety matters.

Coordinating and maintaining a comprehensive ergonomics program.

Maintaing technical expertise and serving as a locationresource on applicableregulations, codes, and standards reguarding health and safety incident prevention.

Proactivelyidentifying, communicating and resolving health and safety issues and concerns.

Interaxcting with plant Management, staff ( e.g., Medical, engineering, etc.)

Support the plant in assisting to improve waste reduction.

Air monitoring,excellent computer knowledge, and experience with ACGIH exposure values.Must be required toi use Low flow pumps,noise dosimeters and area monitoring equiipment.Certified Industrial Hygienist preferred.

Degree in Health and Safety or Equivalent.
