Future Tech has an opening for an IT Deployment Coordinator at one of our client sites in Garland, Texas. The primary function of this position is planning and scheduling computer lease refreshes.
Responsibilities of the position include:
-Identifying what equipment would need to be ordered to allow for the return of the equipment currently being leased.
-Identify any special requirements that may need to be taken in consideration when ordering/ replacing their computer equipment.
-Schedule a time with the employees for the equipment to be installed.
- -Coordinate computer replacements with PC Technicians.
-Input data into asset management databases.
Qualified candidates will be have 2 years of related experience and knowledge of standard software applications and hardware. Familiarity with Remedy asset management tool is a plus.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interface with customers and end users.
