DescriptionGeneral Summary:Provide administrative support to the Esterline benefits and HRIS team as well as administer certain routine support activities.Duties & Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical assistance to benefits group within the human resource department:  includes basic to advanced office skills with extreme detail sensitivity.Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong oral and written communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple assignments Self-directed, results-oriented; able to take initiative when appropriate Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to follow through Able to handle sensitive/confidential informationEducation & Experience:1-3 years prior administrative support experience required; Bachelor's degree and benefits experience preferred.Working Conditions:This position requires 20 hours/week in an office environment; schedule is flexible.Apply here: http://hostedjobs.openhire.com/epostings/jobs/submit.cfm?fuseaction=dspjob&jobid=172892&company_id=15888&jobboardid=24Esterline is an Equal Opportunity Employer
