If you have at least 5 years of full life cycle sourcing / recruiting experience in the Commercial, Local, State, Federal, DOD industries and are looking for an exciting career supporting Fortune 500 clients then we want to talk to you.  We currently have several exciting permanent and contract recruiting opportunities with industry leaders in the Northern VA /Washington DC metropolitan region. 

 

Qualifications:

· BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university is desired. 

· 5+ years of Full Life Cycle recruiting / sourcing candidates in a technical environment with specific experience working with Software, Systems, and Hardware Engineers as well as Executives. 

· You must have solid interviewing / pre-screening skills and be proficient in the use of the Internet as a sourcing tool as well as experience in the following: various applicant tracking systems, networking, cold calling, passive candidate development and pipeline/surge support.

· Knowledge of Commercial, Federal, DOD and Intelligence Community clients is desired. 

· Knowledge of security clearances / processes is a must. . 

· Experience is an agency recruiting environment highly desired. 

· Knowledge of general HR principles and practices.  Including OFCCP, COI, compliance,

· Experience in providing staffing for Task Order /IDIQ and other government contract vehicles. 

· Experience in providing pipeline serge support of RFP other business development request. 

· The candidate may be subject to an extensive government background investigation and must be a US Citizen. 

· Candidates must be  â€œout of the boxâ€� in their approach to recruiting as well as have the ability to communicate well with everyone from candidates to executives.

 

Mission:

· You will be responsible for sourcing and phone screening (for applicable skills and clearance levels) suitable candidates and submitting them to the appropriate requirements /client representatives for review. 

· Assist in scheduling phone interviews and on-site interviews as needed. 

· Engage and participate in Job Fairs as a client company representative.   

· Travel to client site locations when need nationally.

· Work with military, state and local transitioning organizations.
