Chenega Federal Systems, LLCJob DescriptionCompany Title: Foreign Disclosure Management System SpecialistChenega Title: Intelligence CoordinatorLocation: Miami, FLReports To: Program ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptSummary:Perform Foreign Disclosure Management System (FDMS) support to include strategic and operational intelligence planning, coordination and execution. Conduct maintenance and modifications of the Foreign Disclosure Management System (FDMS) and develop and maintain a SharePoint alternative. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.1. Conduct maintenance and modifications of the Foreign Disclosure Management System (FDMS) and make any changes needed to the database.2. Provide reports or products weekly or as directed by the government. These reports or products include, but are not limited to, multi-media reports, message development, preparation of briefings, information papers and other products required to support FDMS. The frequency of these products ranges from daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually or as needed.3. Make application code, ASP, corrections and de-conflict errors as needed.4. Develop/Design Share Point Libraries, List, Work flow, Groups and Pages to meets FD requirements on SIPRNET and NIPRNET.5. Coordinate implementation of Share Point Solution with Intelligence Knowledge Management (For Intelligence FD Support) and Command C4I (For Command FD Support) and Exercises.6. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Supervisory Responsibilities:Does not have formal supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or Experience –Bachelor’s Degree (BA), and 5 years technical experience, or 7-10 years hands-on experience in Foreign Disclosure. Must have an Intelligence background in a military or civilian career field Computers – Familiarity with web services, web pages, relational databases, routed networks and business intelligence systems is required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – N/AClearance –TS/SCI.
