Financial Data Administrator

This job description reflects AWB management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Description The Financial Data Administrator reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer to provide data administration and analyst support to the Finance Organization.  The Finance Organization  consists of the Contracts, Earned Value Management, Accounting, and Finance departments. The incumbent will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling the flow of data in and out of the Finance Organization.  Responsibilities Â· Distribute, manage, and maintain contract files· Manage and maintain correspondence logs· Maintain Proposal Status Reports· Prepare Negotiation Memorandums· Manage EVM Files (ie: CAA’s, BCR’s, RAM, etc.)· Integrate and maintain the Finance Organization’s data/files· Track checked out contract/pricing files · File and scan for the Finance Organization Minimum Qualifications   4 to 5 years of data management experience with an AA/AS in Finance, Business, or Management Information System, or 1 to 3 years of data management experience with a BA/BS in Finance, Business, or Management Information System 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite Desired Skills  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point) Experience using PC, common office equipment (printer, copier, scanner, fax, etc.), and processes (remote printing, email, document control and security, etc.) Effective written and verbal communication skills Successful work experience in a team environment Demonstrated ability to produce reports/spreadsheets containing sensitive organization data Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Handle confidential information with discretion Desired Experience Â· Experience working in an environment where speed and accuracy are expected Special Considerations Â·  Positions at AgustaWestlandBell (AWB) require U.S. citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances.  Additional DoD clearances may be required. Work Conditions Â· Controlled high security environment· Extended working hours Security Clearance Â· Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information  AgustaWestlandBell, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V)     Company: AgustaWestlandBell, LLC Location: Reston, VA 20190 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Occupations: Financial Analysis/Research/Reporting Industry: Aerospace and Defense Company: AgustaWestlandBell, LLC Email: Apply by Email Reference Code: AWB-5028A08
