Currently, Aviall, Inc. is looking for an Evaluation and Disposition Representative for our facility located near DFW airport.

 

Duties:

 

This position is the upfront evaluator and is responsible for the inspection and disposition of all customer owned property. The incumbent will inspect and evaluate components and airframe systems and make disposition decisions based on the findings. This position will require in-depth knowledge of components maintenance, aircraft parts illustrations and FAA advisories and mandates.

 

Salary Range:$34,620 - $43,280

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

EDUCATION:

High School or equivalent

 

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years experience as a mechanic and/or inspector in an aviation maintenance environment. Experience identifying errors / problems and determining resolution.

 

SKILLS:

Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings and data. Written & Verbal Communication Skills. Computer skills - Web based applications. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

EDUCATION:

Associates Degree Technical with an emphasis in Mechanics and/or Aviation or related field

 

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years experience as a mechanic and/or inspector in Boeing airframe component repair

 

SKILLS:

Experience using myboeiningfleet.com

 

CERTIFICATIONS:

FAA Repairman and/or A&P LicenseNDT Level II.  Hazmat.
