Environmental Health/Safety Engr T2/3

The selected candidate will assist in implementation of environmental and occupational safety procedures. Key functions include preparing and presenting environmental and safety related training, conducting inspections, managing hazardous waste, maintaining databases for chemical inventory and material safety data sheets, conducting ergonomic evaluations, co-coordinating emergency management activities, identifying hazardous workplace conditions and ensuring that corrective actions are taken. Will also to plan and assist in performing reviews of new chemicals, processes, products and facilities.  Additional responsibilities may be assigned commensurate with performance and/or due to business needs.
