Entry Level Project Engineer
Reports to: Principal, OCE CIPTClassification: Exempt JOB SUMMARY: Reports to the Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) Leader. The Project Engineer is responsible for the support of program management activities related to the NGPF (Next Generation Product Family) HPC (High Pressure Compressor) or LPT (Low Pressure Turbine). He/she supports the coordination of engineering activities including: processing engineering changes, industrial support, special analytical issues, and project status review presentations.Essential Functions:- Coordination of Engineering Changes (ECs) between MTU and PWA for OCE and GP7000 programs.- Direct management of CIPT related work flow in PWA Team Center environment.- Scheduling and execution of various meetings with PWA/MTU as required to progress ECs from initiation to final issue.- Maintain overview of schedule and technical performance (metrics) for EC process related parameters.Minimum Qualifications Required:- U.S. Citizen or current Green Card holder mandatory- Pratt & Whitney Team Center working level experience- Excellent communication skills
