Engineering Resource ManagerDescription: Are you ready to make an exciting move? Our client, located in Tucson, AZ is seeking an addition to their team as an Engineering Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will:- Develop detailed task plans for engineering execution of contracts and IRAD project(these task plans will be linked, time phased networks of tasks that identify personnel by name and completion criteria to execute the work)- Manage the resources for projects led by Engineering including Intellectual Property Management. - Will handle professional development and training- Develop a budget for annual internal business plan development and manage expenditures.- Support implementation of the new ERP system- Input required from Engineering and support to development of details of the database and implementation plan.
