Engineering Process TechnicianTriumph Actuation Systems - CT designs, manufactures and repairs complex hydraulic, hydromechanical and mechanical components and systems, mechanical and electromechanical actuation products. We are currently seeking an Engineering Process Technician to perform the basic functions below: Troubleshooting assembly and test functions Assembly tool and fixture design and fabrication Create assembly work instructions and train direct assembly personnel Edit and fine tune bill of materials in MRP system (Vantage) Work with production administration and direct assembly personnel Work with Design & Development Engineering in developing new products Work with Project Engineering regarding qualification testing of new products Act as the liaison between Design & Development Engineering, Production and Quality Work with suppliers regarding custom components   Basic requirements are: Associates degree in engineering, or equivalent experience 3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment Basic computer skills required Good mechanical aptitude required Military and commercial aerospace experience a plus Familiarity with MIL specifications, standards and handbooks a plus Ability to work independently, problem solve and process information We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit program that includes an Employee Incentive Bonus Plan, generous vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with an employer match, Flex Spending, Stock Purchase, Employee Assistance Program, Discounted Auto and Homeowners Insurance, along with a casual and flexible work environment, and opportunity for career advancement.
