Engineering Master Planner

JMWA is looking for an experienced Master Planner! This position will provide technical support for the Master Plans Division for our client to include: Military installation master planning and programming; Project siting alternatives analysis; Preparation of DD form 1391s and briefing presentations; Technical design reviews for compliance and constructability; Construction cost estimates; Preparation of site plans using GIS and CADD; Review and critique of requests for proposal for MILCON projects; Review of project proposals to ensure compliance with the approved master plan and ensure no conflicts occur with other planned projects.  Perform requirements analysis to justify project scopes of work including performing facility utilization analyses and reports.  Highly Desirable/Preferred: Knowledge and experience of: RPLANS, ACTS, FPS, the DD form 1391 Processor systems and other associated master planning and real property tools.  Previous experience in planning, specifically military facility planning, base master planning, and urban/regional planning is preferred. Prior experience in the military or government civil service is desirable. J. M.
