Engineering Manager - Electro-Optics

Job Description:

* Responsible for the development of advanced electro-optical design, analysis, testing, and manufacturing.

* Responsible for guiding engineers and assisting program and manufacturing managers to achieve technical and profit goals.

* Responsible for assiting proposal efforts to win major defense contracts.

* Responsible for assisting business development efforts.

* Responsbile for some program management functions.



Job Qualifications:

* BS Degree (MS preferred).

* 15 years experience with electrical, electro-optic, and infrared technology development and manufacturing.

* 5+ years engineering management experience in with military electronic and electro-optic systems, including developing proposals, developing designs, and transitioning designs to manufacturing.

* US Citizen with security clearance (current clearance preferred, recently expired clearance acceptable).
