Please email your resume to mp.resumesourcing@na.manpower.com The position includes the following qualifications:Bachelors or advanced degree in physics, electrical engineering, or optical sciences with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in optical component design and development with applied knowledge in fiber optic components, optical packaging, and environmental testing. Experience should include working knowledge of discrete optical technologies including; micro-optic devices, fused fiber devices, fiber pigtailed pump lasers, WDMs, integrated optics APE modulators, and InGaAs Photodiodes. Additional expertise and knowledge is required in specialty optical fiber design and manufacturing including; single mode, polarization maintaining, and rare earth fibers. Demonstrated skills should include proven problem solving of optical performance over environments, and working with suppliers to resolve process related issues.
