Description:Provides technical support on a document and information management system. Primary role is addressing document management software questions on Microsoft SharePoint & Open Text Livelink by phone, email, walk-in, and/or a customized Request for Assistance tool. Additionally you will be the account manager with tasks including creating and deleting accounts and managing group permission. A basic understanding of HTML and SQL is preferred but not required. Furthermore, the position may require participation in testing of network and sercurity patches and upgrades.SecretQualifications:This position requires a Bachelors with a maximum 3 years applicable work experience or equivalent professional work experience in lieu of a degree.Background in document management or information management and experience with Opentext Livelink is preferred.
