Will support activities, which include, but are not limited to installation of avionics hardware into military aircraft; fabrication of wiring harnesses to include soldering, cable fabrication, and plug and connector installation in accordance with schematics, interface control documents, and other information according to the maturity of the systems being supported; blueprint and schematic reading and interpreting; component removal, replacement, and identification; electrical and electronic system and component troubleshooting; use of common powered and non-powered hand tools and electronic test equipment. Will have sufficient experience and general knowledge to work independently once being assigned the task and basic facets of the assignment are known and understood. Will also provide basic electronics tool kits. Basic Requirement: Requires 4 years of experience Preferences: A minimum of 2 years experience with aircraft applications.
