EW/Action Officer This individual will be support the Army's Space and Missile Defense Battle Lab as a part of a new Integrated Electronic Warfare Systems (IEWS) initiative. The IEWS effort will result in a `proof of concept? technical demonstration of an integrated EW capability including detection, Electronic Attack (EA), and planning. Support personnel will assist the SMDBL Project Lead (PL) with all aspects of planning, concept development, multi-organization coordination, technology identification (hardware and software) and testing, integration, documentation, and transition. This position will be directly responsible for writing the documentation that will be provided as part of the proof of concept. Successful Candidate must demonstrate the following capabilities: Excellent writing skills to include writing the capability development document (CDD). System Engineering with experience in JCIDS evaluation of the current systems and ability to provide documentation supporting integration or changes, strategic requirements development, systems engineering experience in hardware and software design, development, integration, test, support, and maintainability. Preferred but not required:  - Experience (within past five years) with Joint and Army EW systems including: CREWS and DUKE. - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Army tactical communications. - Knowledge and understanding of Joint EW concepts and systems (ex. Chameleon, Compass Call, E6B Prowler etc.). - DCD, Battle Lab or similar experience is desired. - Demonstrated Test and Evaluation experience with Test Plan development. - Army G3 EW Division experience is highly desired. BS degree in Electrical Engineering or like discipline from accredited institution is preferable with at least 10 years of experience (5 years with like discipline MS) in areas relative to this effort. Must be able to obtain and maintain high level security clearance - Experience (within past five years) with Joint and Army EW systems including: CREWS and DUKE. - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Army tactical communications. - Knowledge and understanding of Joint EW concepts and systems (ex.
