EVMS/QA Manager

This position is located in our VA, Arlington facilityGENERAL SUMMARY: Performs complex financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations; works under limited supervision; performs additional duties as assigned.PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:-Lead Integrated Baseline Reviews -Lead Initial Compliance Review for EVMS System Validation by DCMA -Develop program WBS, schedule and budgets -Establish Performance Measurement Baselines -Monitor and analyze program cost and schedule performance -Manage Performance Measurement Baseline Change Control -Process monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for EVMS reporting -Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions -Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studiesRequires 8-10 years of directly related experience in a specific functional area. Bachelors Degree in a related field. Masters Degree preferred.SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Advanced technical knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques, work processes, and applicable regulations in assigned subject-matter area(s).
