EVMS Program Control Specialist

Sensis Corporation is comprised of two divisions:Air Traffic Systems:Sensis Air Traffic Systems division is a leading provider of surveillance, information technology, and simulation and modeling for the aviation industry with customers that include air traffic service providers, civil aviation authorities, airports, airlines and system integrators. Defense & Security Systems:Sensis Defense & Security Systems division increases tactical capabilities through advanced radar detection and surveillance integration products. Customers include the worlds militaries as well as system integrators. Sensis Defense & Security Systems is looking for an experienced Program Scheduler for an expeditionary radar development program. This position reports to the Program Manager.Responsibilities include:- Updating and managing all aspects of the program cost and sales inputs into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system- Managing the master project schedule- Maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure for the program- Monitoring actual cost and schedule against plan and advise the program leads of variances- Mastering the Earned Value Management Tool used to manage the program- Work with finance and the team to maintain and update budget forecasts- Provide financial analysis support for the program Education Required:;BS/BA degree in accounting, Business or Finance. MBA preferred. Experience with Government contracts a plus.Years of Experience:4 - 7 years Required Skills:' General knowledge of (ERP) systems' Experience with Earned Value Management' Expert knowledge and proficient use of MS Excel and MS Project' Ability to interface tightly with various program teams' Strong business background' Strong verbal and written communications skillsRequired Inter-Personal Skills include:' Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization within various disciplines.
