ERP Analyst II

We provide our customers unbiased design and development support in metals, composites and RTM assemblies to meet cost and performance objectives as well as manufacturing capabilities to meet those objectives. We are currently seeking an ERP Analyst II for our St. Louis Site.
Job Purpose
Maintain synchronization of the supply chain between various organizations, customers, and suppliers by managing product requirements, inventory systems, and production flow of work in process. Coordinate with management, internal support and shop floor personnel regarding all issues impacting the supply chain.
Principal Accountabilities
1) Work with complex processes and organizational relationships that improve the capabilities of SCM and contribute to the improvement of the business enterprise.
2) Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers.
3) Effectively utilize supply chain management tools.
4) Create and publish cell management metrics to measure work order cycle, adherence to schedule, work-in-process levels and balance of input and output.
5) Determine new and revised requirements and integrate these into the production plan.
6) Define problem resolutions and process improvements.
7) Incorporate planning decisions to reduce material and product variability.
8) Serve on multifunctional teams to define quality, delivery and performance standards.
9) Perform all duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education
BS/BA in Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
Recognized materials management certification such as (American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred. Experience and Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing/Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
Strong personal computer skills (including word processing and spreadsheet software skills) are required. Experience with ERP systems and software is required.
