Primary Duties and ResponsibilitySupport inside sales representatives and management in customer service and salesCoordinate with sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problemsMaintain accurate records and an organized work environmentHandle all incoming calls promptlyEntry Level Sales responsibilities followed by full time Inside Sales responsibilities with the goal of promotion to the Sales Manager position in 18-24 monthsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customersEnsure excellent customer serviceEstablishing new sales opportunities in an exciting environment

Knowledge and SkillCandidate must be willing to relocate to Cincinnati in 18-24 monthsBachelors Degree RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated and persistent personalityAbility to multi-task while learning new information about our customers and our industries.Must be a self starter with a strong commitment to achieve company sales goalsWorking knowledge of Microsoft office and internet
