Position: Director of Information SystemsRequirementsDegree in Computer Science or related fieldMust have 10 years experience managing 4-8 software development professionalsExperience developing applications in VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and MS SQL Server. 1. Achieve superior product and service capabilities, efficiency, automation, reliability, and accuracy of those IT systems assigned to Employee 2. Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products and services of the Company to achieve product development and functionality requirements; 3. Directly design, develop, and support resident web, thin client, and other such application systems (VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and MS SQL Server) necessary to achieve the ongoing operation, development, and improvement of Company systems; 4. Manage, maintain, and be ultimately responsible for all software, data management, system infrastructure, the administration and operation thereof, for identified product and service line(s) of the Company, its personnel, operations, and clients of the Company; 5. Participate with Company leadership in the strategic development of technology initiatives to identify product and system enhancements which may improve client appeal, process flow, and business function; 6. Manage and coordinate staff required for the achievement of the Company*s technology initiatives, operations, and functionality; 7. Oversight of technology team personnel, adherence to development timelines, and accountability to project designer technical specification needs; and 8.
