This strategic role will be responsible for analyzing, creating and integrating global compensation programs at all levels and benefit programs at the executive level. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, presentation and organizational skills and detail-orientation and able to effective manage multiple projects in a fast paced, team-based environment.Corporate Values: Integrity, Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, Collaboration, Competitiveness, Continuous Development, Workplace Fairness, and Globalization. Core Responsibilities: · Direct executive and non-executive, salaried compensation policies and programs (base pay, merit planning, annual incentive, and long-term equity programs), retention strategies and all compensation related matters globally in line with our pay for performance philosophy. · Develop and present meeting materials to the Compensation Committee and the Board of Directors including preparation meetings with the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the CEO. · Serve as the subject matter expert for global compensation and executive benefits across the human resource community and cross functionally. · Consult with senior management to develop and implement global compensation and executive benefit programs that support the attainment of strategic business growth.· Collaborate with General Counsel’s office and Finance to ensure executive compensation programs are in compliance with SEC, IRS and FASB regulations, including preparing input to SEC filings.  · Lead Corporate payroll and HRIS functions.· Assist with the completion of all aspects of due diligence for specific mergers and acquisitions.· Manage by way of Leadership Effectiveness. Proven ability to mentor, develop and motivate his/her team to foster their professional growthQualifications:  ·  Minimum of ten years’ progressive experience in compensation, or in complementary fields such as finance or accounting. · Internal or external consulting experience and hands-on experience with international/global compensation programs required. · Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills are required. The individual should have an inquiring and analytical mind with the objective of providing a constructive as well as an investigative review role. · Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within the organization, including senior management. The successful candidate must be highly professional and ethical, with unquestioned integrity.· Strong executive presence; superior verbal and written communication skills; exceptional presentation skills· · Technical knowledge of executive compensation, trends, legal requirements; FAS 123R, 409A, 162(M) and SEC disclosures.Education Requirements:· BS degree required.
