Data Project Manager is responsible to the Regional Manager and Program Manager for Data Monitor Duties at his/her site, and responsible for program operation, including employee selection, training, work planning, data submission, and responding to customer contract requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. * Understand Statement of Work (SOW) and fulfilling contract commitments.* Ensures timely and complete data submission for your site.* Ensures data collection processes and procedures are adhered to for your site.* Assists Regional Manager in identifying data points for Sample Data Collection effort.* Maintain units training schedules for your site.* Trains new personnel on data collection processes and procedures.* Reports any changes of senior leadership within your site and help coordinate site visits.* Prepare and submit bi-weekly reports from your site to appropriate personnel.* Ensures mandatory training is being conducted.* Ensures quarterly inventories are being conducted (Jan, Apr, July, and Oct) for Government Furnished Equipment.* Manages and oversees duties of SDM?s/DM?s on site.* Executes the management directives of the Regional Manager, APM, and PM.* Coordinates with Regional Manager for surge assistance in managing backlog.* Ensure program personnel within your site are receiving appropriate logistic support.* Provide primary liaison between program personnel and Regional Manager.* Responds to emails and phone calls from Regional Manager in a timely manner.* Keeps Regional Manager informed on all site requirements, issues, and concerns.* Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are properly adhered to by site personnel.* Ensures all coordination for Human Resource, Finance, Travel, and Administrative Support is directed to the Belcamp office as a ?First Stop?.* Approves SDM?s/DM?s Timesheets and monitor vacation scheduling of employees on site.* Completes 90 day and annual performance reviews and counsels SDM?s/DM?s * Sets priorities for data collection effort.* Identifies employees on site interested in OCONUS assignments.* Recognizes and recommends award for site employees.* Attend periodic phone conferences.* Ensure Westar site briefings are kept up-to-date and you?re prepared to brief.* Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and/or Experience:* B.S. degree in business management or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.* Experience or education in computer capabilities, requirements and benefits.* Extensive experience in managing personnel.* Extensive background in military maintenance and procedures.* Experience with collection and analysis of quality control data.* Superior oral and written communication skills.* Good applied mathematical skills.* Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.Westar/QinetiQ North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
