In this position, you will provide leadership and guidance within the supply chain customer support department and manage customer order transactions from order entry to receipt by customer. You will provide a single point of contact for customers, and interpret and clarify customer orders. You will manage customer inventories at customer facilities and provide operational efficiencies related to customer order management that will maximize service levels. Finally, you will manage the development process for targeted new VMI (vendor managed inventory) accounts.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Administration or related field and four (4) years experience in work related to the above described examples. We will also consider a high school graduate with twelve (12) years of experience in work directly related to Aircraft Parts. Position also requires working knowledge and experience in a SAP environment. Must be MS Office proficient.
