As a Customer Service Specialist in our Aerospace client's call center, you'll be a driving force for keeping high-level customers satisfied. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will help you achieve successful one-call resolutions with our client's most valuable external assets - its clients. You delight in effective problem resolution. You're highly self-motivated. Extremely organized. You put your excellent people skills to good use. You have 3-5 years of experience in customer service. And you're a whiz with Microsoft Office Suite. This position may require working an afternoon, midnight, or rotating shift. As a result, flexibility relating to hours of work scheduling is needed, including weekend and holiday coverage.Skills/ Requirements:You offer your unique skills and experiences. The position includes the following qualifications: Associates degree and 3 years of customer service related experience. In lieu of degree must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant customer service related experience. Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in a Call Center environment.Great grasp and passion for customer service. Experience in the Aerospace industry is strongly preferred Repair and Overhaul area in Aerospace a plus.
