Position Description:
This position is expected to provide the highest level of service for our customers.Receive and process order requests from customers, field sales personnel and other internal or external sources via phone, fax and e-mail.Respond to customer calls and faxes pertaining to requests for quotes, order expedites, returns, and order follow-up.Serve as primary company contact for customers. Liaison among customers, internal operations, and field sales personnel, regarding information related to customer orders and inquiries.Maintain customer contact and relationships.
