For quick consideration Click here to apply Job SummaryAdministratively supervises the compliance with DynCorp International policies and practices relating to contracting / sub-contracting and procurement. Reports solid line to the Sr. Director of Contracts while reporting heavy dotted line to the various Program Manager for contracts assigned. Ensures that all contracts and sub-contracts comply with applicable DynCorp Internationals Contractor Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) certification as well as compliance with DynCorp international policies PS-110 and DI-5002 and other designated policies and procedures applicable to contracts and subcontracts. The duties required of this individual will include the following often complex requirements that may require the individual to successfully multi-task: MR; Price comparison; PO; Sub-contract; Contract; Teaming Agreements; Non-disclosure Agreements; Memorandums of Understanding; Consulting Agreements; Property Control Identification and FAR Part 45 compliance; maintaining required contractual and subcontract documentation; deliverable submissions and tracking; program and contract status reporting, and excellent communications skills. Individual may be required to perform other related duties as directed within the project guidelines established. Coordinates directly with DIVA / DITX contracting as required and is on the look out for any changed conditions in the contracts or subcontracts administered. This individual will need to be able work closely with field contracting/subcontracting and purchasing since they will be the eyes and ears on site for the Contracts/Subcontracts Manager and Sr. Director of Contracts. The individual will be assisting DIVA/DITX contracts and procurement management in gathering contracts related data, identifying and developing changed condition reports, ensuring that the vendors, subcontractors and team members are complying with the requirements of their PO, Subcontract or Contract. The individual will work with the PM, Engineering, QA/QC, etc. to identify the status of work and to document issues that arise in Quality, schedule, cost, etc. that might impact the successful operations of the program. Responsible for proposal support preparation up to and including submission of bids and proposals that are fully compliant with the customer’s RFP/RFQ. Special Requirements/Skill Set: (contract specific)Understands US Govt Federal Acquisition Regulations, Proficient in MS Excel, WORD and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical abilities. At least 5 years of relevant contracting/subcontracting experience. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally on short notice. BS/BA degree preferred. Must have experience in proposal development, review, submission, negotiation and award. Must be able to understand MS Project, familiar with EVMS, WBS and Change Manangement requirements. Key Terms, associations, affiliations: (to help identify area of expertise)Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, FAR Supplements, Federal and International guidelines, rules, regulations and laws. Excellent understanding of the issues with third world contracting, constructions, subcontracting and funding such that the individual can work through the red tape to provide solutions that allow the program to operate successfully.
