Contract Administrator for DoD Govt Contractor Contract Administrator for DoD Govt Contractor Research Analysis and Maintenance, Inc. You'll serve as RAM's key player in contracts administration, working directly, and reporting to, our executive staff. You'll be located at the corporate office of a multi-state employee population base. RAM celebrated its 26-year anniversary as a woman-owned firm in July 2008. The Opportunity * Responsible for the overall management, planning, policymaking, record keeping, administration and control of the corporate contracts function. * Provides required services to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and the Group Vice Presidents. * Supports corporate goals and objectives by monitoring compliance with all contract reporting requirements and specified terms and conditions. * Establish and maintain corporate policies and procedures for the management and administration of all contracting functions. * Ensure all contractual documentation is in compliance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations, and other Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes, and directives. * Develop and coordinate the processes, procedures, and systems necessary to acquire and maintain proper management records for all contractual vehicles. * Formulate, review, coordinate, analyze, and distribute, as appropriate, all contractual vehicles to include contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, basic ordering agreements, teaming agreements, preferred vendor agreements, etc. for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all relevant legal terms and conditions. * Provide direct interface and liaison to the client contracting function on all matters requiring action and intervention for the continuance or modification of all contract vehicles. * Review, monitor, and process all contractual correspondence. Maintain the official repository and archive of all contractual correspondence. * Prepare and distribute the Contract Master File Document. * Function as Buyer/Purchasing Agent for the acquisition of supplies, services, commodities, and equipment in response to either corporate or customer requirements, as appropriate. * Monitor all contracts for compliance with invoicing and reporting terms and conditions. * Support the Business Development Service Center, and the Group Vice Presidents in the attainment of corporate growth objectives by participating in new business proposals in developing cost and pricing proposals for new business initiatives, preparing required certifications and representations, coordinating the receipt and issuance of contracts, subcontracts, and similar contracting vehicles, and coordinating the preparation of cost and price quotations for existing contractual vehicles. * Responsible for meeting and maintaini
