Position Details:Provides Budget and administrative contract support to the ASC-Forward Contract Assistance Office (CASO) at Ft McPherson GA. Maintain budgetary database system for invoices and tracks obligations and expenditure of funds placed on FLRD contracts. Prepares receiving report documentation for invoices. Processes receiving reports and invoices to DFAS for payment after approval by Project Officers or COR. Provide liaison support to the FLRD Budget Team and various Contracting offices. Provide Administrative Contract Support to the CASO. Maintains document registers, provide budget reports and administrative recurring reports and produces power point slide presentations as required. Qualifications: 2 Years experience in Contracting Office or Level II Certification. 3 Years experience in administration and budget. Experienced in basic accounting and with MS Office applications especially Excel and power point. BAE invites candidates with an active Secret security clearance to submit their resume for consideration for this position.
