Contract Administrator
Easi is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Procurement Department at the corporate office. This skilled and motivated individual will be responsible for performing contract and subcontract administration.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Review Terms & Conditions of anticipated contracts during proposal phase and suggest exceptions to proposal manager.
Ø Review Terms & Conditions of existing contracts to ensure requirements are being met.
Ø Create Model Subcontracts to be included with solicitation to teaming partners/ subcontractors.
Ø Incorporate modifications into Contracts and Subcontracts and maintain a conformed copy of each as well as individual modification records/logs.
Ø Ensure contract information in accounting system is updated and correct.
Ø Pro-actively work with Customer CO and Program Managers to ensure open items are resolved in a timely manner.
Ø Issue Task Orders to subcontractors in a timely manner (IDIQ Contracts).
Ø Track subcontractor deliverables and Easi deliverables where appropriate.
Ø Review and approve subcontractor invoices.
Ø Update/Modify subcontracts based on Prime requirements.
Ø Track Subcontractor Costs and Fee (where appropriate).
Ø Track Wage Determination changes and their impact on contracts.
Ø Maintain file of up-to-date technical and administrative point of contact information for all contacts within last three years.
Ø Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Bachelor’s Degree or EquivalentB. Experience:
10 Years Experience in General Business with at least 5 Years Government Contract/Subcontract ExperienceC. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
