Composite Project Engineer

 

Provide process engineering support for manufacturing radomes, antenna reflectors and other related composite products for aircraft, ship, submarine, and ground based applications. The position requires project engineering support of composite structures in development and production program. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, materials selection, process improvements, developing tooling concepts, estimating manufacturing allowances for proposals, technical writing, reviewing customer/product specifications, data collection, manufacturing material allowances (BOM), maintaining reliable process procedures/product quality and status monitoring of multiple tasks and programs.

 

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, material, or aerospace engineering, and a minimum 5 years related manufacturing engineering experience in the composite industry.  Must be US citizen or permanent resident.

 

 

Radant Technologies is a small engineering and manufacturing business in Stow, Massachusetts, which designs and builds antennas, radomes, and advanced structural composites for major aerospace and defense contractors.
