CNC SET-UP SPECILAIST - (multiple positions) CNC Mill and CNC Lathe

B & B has recently been awarded several new long term business opportunities, as such we are looking to expand our new business development team.  We are seeking talented individuals with CNC machining set-up experience.

The ideal candidate(s) is/are able to set-up, proof-out and develop new jobs for first run. 

Duties include - working with our programming and engineering teams to optimize and develop the machining/manufacturing process.

Your experience includes solid knowledge of various materials, cutting tool selection; including speeds feeds, cutting tools, holder’s, extensions, rigity etc.  A strong understanding of fixturing and work holding righty is also necessary.

If you have not been exposed to Lean manufacturing and cell development this is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and advance your career. You will be involved in the entire process including process flow, cell layout, quality and productivity in efforts to develop capable CNC machining operations.
