Business Operations Analyst

SEAKR Engineering is seeking an organized individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills for work in a fast paced and growing aerospace company. Candidate must have 5+ years experience with cost/schedule integration and development, financial analysis and reporting, documentation, and ability to communicate various cost analyses to support program management. Ability to identify process improvement and implementation opportunities, design solutions, and coordinate and lead the solutions design. Leadership skills to mentor junior members and assist in the overall evolution of the group are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and MS Office skills are also required. Bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience.
