 Dasco Engineering Corporation, a 45 year old aerospace manufacturing company providing structures and components for the military and commercial aerospace industry, seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record.

 Job Description

 The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading Strategy and Business Development activities to help the company achieve growth goals; build strategic business relationships with new customers, and enhance our relationships with existing customers.

 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering 15 years experience managing sales activities within the aerospace industry Strong presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility Extremely well organized Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient with desktop software (MS Office) Possess strong organizational and team building skills  Experience in the development of new customers, foreign and domestic Experience in the preparation of proposals for long-term, multi-million dollar contracts Technical knowledge associated with advanced aerospace structures The ability to develop and lead the marketing/sales team to achieve corporate objectives

 This position offers a base salary and incentive bonus which should provide the opportunity to earn in the $75-120K range.  In addition, Dasco offers a comprehensive benefits plan including 401K.
