Business Applications Developer II

SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for new development, functional enhancements and maintenance requests for Dynamic Web Applications, Lotus Domino & SQL based business solutions.  This position will work closely with development team members and user groups to provide requirements analysis, design solutions, coding & testing services for integrated enterprise collaboration solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for workgroup applications.  Works on moderately complex projects with wide breadth of responsibility.  Specifically, this position is expected to provide design solutions for these types of projects. Works independently on multiple tasks with interrelated dependencies.  Provides technical coaching to business functions and other developers on moderately complex issues.  Requires some supervision and coaching when interfacing with multiple IT groups and business units on complex issues. Provides trouble shooting and diagnostic support for assigned applications in support of users and identified issues. Provides remediation of identified issues for assigned applications. Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours


EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Required Experience:
3-5 yrs Lotus Notes/Domino development (R7)
3-5 yrs Dynamic Web Applications
3-5 yrs SQL/RDBMS integration 
2-3 yrs Web enabling Notes applications
2-3 yrs HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML
BA/BS or equivalent experience in related field

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Desired experience includes Lotus Notes, Domino & SQL application integration.  Strong Lotus Notes formula and Lotuscript skills.
