Avionic Technician
Avionic TechnicianDescription: Volt has an immediate need for an Avionic Technician to work on site at the worlds largest Aerospace company for a 1 year contract. The Avionic Technician will be responsible for the following: -Perform analytical inspections, repairs and modifications of structural / avionics / mechanical assemblies on aircraft. -Requires the ability to work with Technical Orders, TCTO's, WIR's and read blueprints proficiently. -Must be able to determine the proper tools, support equipment and operational procedures needed to achieve all task elements from initial assembly to final product inspection and delivery. -Perform work in accordance with Manufacturer, Company, Supplier and other directives, in support of aircraft maintenance and modifications. -Must be able to perform work in all weather conditions and required locations. -Must perform work in compliance with all support groups and safety policies / procedures. -Must be able to perform work inside aircraft as required. Requirements: The following criteria must be met to be qualified for this position: Minimum of 3 - 6 recent years of aviation experience in the related aircraft maintenance fields. Candidates are expected to handle maintenance/inspection documentation. Multiple openings throughout the US. Travel: Relocation required.
