Associate, Regulatory & Compliance

Advisory professionals are also able to provide clients with relevant industry and functional skills where they need them most. We are currently seeking an Associate to join our Dallas-Ft. Worth team based in our Tysons Corner office. Responsibilities: - Support engagement teams by performing and documenting assigned regulatory and compliance tasks and analyses, and other tasks as assigned - Assist engagement teams with the interpretation and application of federal procurement regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), OMB Circulars, and other applicable laws and regulations - Serve as a resource and key team member in client projects, and support progress towards project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables - Support the development of client relationships and new business proposals to grow existing account revenue and build new account revenue - Assist practice management with the development of new practice methodologies, approaches and thought leadership to broaden the practice's footprint in the federal procurement industry Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field - Strong working knowledge of FAR and CAS requirements and other federal procurement regulations - One year of experience providing FAR, CAS, and related regulatory and compliance advisory assistance - Experience interacting with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and/or other oversight agencies - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Eligible to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
