This position is located in our DC, Washington Navy Yard facilityAnalyzes and documents customer business processes using IGrafx or similar software tools. Consults with and interviews subject matter experts to determine business processes and validate documented work products. Reviews documentation and artifacts for incorporation in business process documentation. Performs functional modeling based on business process analysis. Serves as technical advisor to subject matter experts in process development, recommends business process changes, identifies internal controls and areas for further investigation.Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience. Knowledge of IGrafx or Visio software desirable. Training in Lean/Six Sigma or other process analysis tools desirable. Knowledge of PowerSteering/CPIMS desirable.Requires 2-5 years directly related experience in business process analysis and documentation Proficient technical writing and communication skills. Experience with group facilitation techniques. Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work well independently with subject matter experts and client personnelSubmit Your Resume Online Now
