Functional Responsibility: Serve as a liaison for SI by communicating with the PM about customer challenges which could become good opportunities for SI.  The candidate needs to be a mature person both from that standpoint (developing the business) and also from the standpoint that the client needs a more senior person in this position.  The candidate should have experience in a front office environment, or executive assistant or almost office manager experience would be well suited to the client needs. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of the office procedures including information tracking system. Assist in the creation of graphics and presentations as needed. Assisting in the creation, review, and edit of appropriate documents and assisting in the processing of visitor requests for cleared and uncleared acquisition strategies to meet facilities engineering requirements; utilizing the procedures, rules, and public laws associated with the execution of DoD budgets on facilities supporting contract formation, and administration of a facilities engineering acquisitions; Facilities Engineering project planning; or understanding how the facilities construction, sustainment, disposal, and contingency engineering process support Facilities Engineering requirements.



Professional Experience: 4 yrs exp in a professional or academic environment 4 yrs exp using MS Office products, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. 2 yrs exp as a member of a support team 1 yr exp administrative support to an office, creating reviewing, and editing documents, and working with databases. Strong personal computer and organization skills required excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
