Aircraft Records Administrator
The individual in this position will gather, accurately record and store the daily paperwork flow coming in from the various internal departments for all time tracked parts. Additionally, track all aircraft in service, the aircraft location, the daily hours accrued, and maintenance performed on both the aircraft and the time-life components installed on those aircraft. Involved in the documentation of aircraft manufacture and international export, along with overseas communications.Â
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Must be able to type 50 wpm accurately. Must have good organizational and prioritizing skills. Equal Opportunity Employer.
