Installation/Maintenance/Repair Aircraft Mech (Power Plants)  Job Description: DS2 is hiring engine mechanics for its program at China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station in Ridgecrest, CA to work on AH-1 or H-60. Job Description:Power Plant Mechanic - Perform scheduled and unscheduled Organizational Level Maintenance on AH-1 or H-60 or aircraft.Minimum Requirements:Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have completed the appropriate Navy class "C" school or equivalent from the Air Force or Marine Corps. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in Organizational Level Maintenance on similar type aircraft jet engine maintenance. It is preferred to have two year T/M/S experience within the last three years. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.This is a direct position with full benefits. Per diem of $119/day for relocation is available. There is a bonus of $1000 after 90 days employment for those working with rotary wing aircraft. $.585/mile is available for the trip to Ridgecrest, CA.Required Skills: Power Plants, AIRCRAFT ENGINE, H-60, AH-1Defense Support Services LLC (DS2) is a Lockheed Martin and Day & Zimmermann company.
