Aerospace Manufacturing ManagerDescription: Our top notch Aerospace company is seeking a new addition to their team as an Aerospace Manufacturing Manager/Methods Manager. The ideal candidate will:- Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing processes in an industrial plant by performing specific duties.- Supervise and manage the activities of the staff- Identify and allocate manpower and resources to assure completion of established objectives within budgetary and schedule guidelines. - Supervise activities of an assigned unit in order to provide support for new product or process development.- Assist management in identifying and initiating projects and programs which lead to improved processes and products- Establish budgets for conducting section activities and accompanying technical projects Requirements: - Bachelors Degree from 4 year college or University- Lean Manufacturing experience- Management experience within manufacturing- Aerospace experience is mandatoryLocation: Tucson, AZ Type: DIRECT Duration: Direct Pay Rate: DOE Contact: Volt Technical ResourcesVolt Workforce Solutions5151 E.
