Aerospace Business Development Manager needed
We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager to work in Central Lancaster County, PA. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to work in our client’s Aerospace Products Group. This position will report to the Manager of the Aerospace Products Group and work closely with the in-house engineering and manufacturing personnel. This is a permanent, full-time career opportunity. Competitive salary and benefits package and a stimulating work environment.
The job duties include:
• Meet or exceed the sales revenue plan established through a strategic planning process.
• Maintain and expand relationships with current customers.
• Develop relationships with new customers.
• Maintain and improve customer service tracking systems.
• Work with the engineering and manufacturing personnel to prepare quotes/proposals according to customer requirements.
• Plan and lead marketing campaigns.
Minimum requirements include:
• B.S. degree in an engineering field.
• Prior experience in an aerospace manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Two years of successful technical sales experience.
• Proven ability in working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
