BAE Systems is pleased to announce an opening for a Administrative Support Senior Level supporting our operations at WPAFB, OH. Here are a few more details about the open position:Job Title: Administrative Support Senior LevelSupporting: Technologies Solutions & ServicesTechnologies Solutions & Services of BAE Systems Inc. provides a full spectrum of systems engineering, technical services and ordnance systems to our customers in disciplines essential for successful systems development, operation, and maintenance.  Our full life-cycle systems capabilities include system design, integration and test, software development engineering, and maintenance and integrated logistics support. Position Details: Directly supports Combat Electronics Squadron Director and Deputy Director. Duties include managing front office schedules, typing, filing, copying, destruction of sensitive data, control of documentation, correspondence and providing oversight for action items.   Reviews completed work for accuracy of data, procedure compliance and error-free documentation.  Keeps the program office apprised as to progress, problems and issues associated with the projects.  Summarizes the major activities accomplished during the reporting period.  Develops spreadsheets, databases, etc. to organize and store program data.  Retrieves data in the form of reports and queries.  Develops tracking systems for the identification and correction of deficiencies.  Provides support in the planning, formulation, editing, development and publication of finished products, e.g. program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations as required (technical and non-technical; classified and non-classified) in the media format requested.  Provides support for internal and external briefings and reports by providing expert knowledge and capability in the use of personal computers and operating systems to produce visual aids (slides, view-graphs, briefing charts and other graphics) using appropriate software applications (such as: Microsoft Word,  Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Perform Pro and Microsoft Access).  Assists in improving internal management processes by proposing and/or implementing improvements to visual, computer-based communications used by the program office to manage its critical processes.   Qualifications:  Individuals must have a minimum of 12 years of administrative support experience of which four years must be in a workload, management or oversight capacity. Candidate must be familiar with DoD work environment, military terminology, and the basic fundamentals of weapon systems acquisition. Knowledge of facilities, awards and decorations, government travel and suspense tracking highly desirable.BAE invites candidates with an active Secret security clearance to submit their resume for consideration for this position.
