Description:- Performs and prepares detailed administrative, financial, and personnel functions in support of the Program Managers largest contract equaling over $44 million dollars.- Provides direct contracting support, task management, operational support and a wide variety of executive-level administrative and operational support services.- Assist Sr. Program Manager with preparing monthly reporting and variance analysis of actual financial performance against plan and forecast.- Assist Sr. Program Manager in the tracking, reconciling, approval and timely payment of monthly invoices totaling over $2 million dollars.- Establishes/Maintains invoicing system to aid in the monthly processing of invoices to higher echelon for easier reading, better granularity, resulting in faster/quicker payments of monthly invoices.- Write/Maintains Continuity of Operation Procedures to provide continuity of desk operations in processing of subcontractor invoices, customer invoices and 11000.25 security suitability processing. - Creates/Maintains a meticulous tracking database for all 11000.25s being processed for General Dynamics employees and subcontractors.- Assists Tech Managers with all administrative duties within scope to ensure 100% accountability of action items tracked and processed within established suspense time line.. Process, Tracks, and forwards Travel Requests and reconcile Travel Report in support of monthly customer invoice.. Process, Tracks, and forwards Overtime Requests and reconcile Overtime Report in support of monthly customer invoice.Not ApplicableQualifications:Min 3 years with Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
