dummydummyIntegral Systems is seeking a part time (20 hrs/wk) Administrative Assistant with 3-10 years of experience to support the opening of a new ISI office in Chantilly, VA.

• Interface with ISI support functions for the ISI Government Division and Headquarters to ensure effective and efficient transfer of information and tasks
• Organize office infrastructure (computers, phones, equipment, and communications) in coordination with ISI infrastructure personnel at ISI headquarters
• Interface with the building staff and owners to ensure that ISI needs are met and building/owner requirements are met
• Ensure supplies and local logistics are available and in place at all times
• Perform reception and initial point of contact duties as required
• Provide a professional and knowledgeable demeanor and attitude to customers and guests

This position is a part time position (4 hrs per day, 5 days per week) that may transition to a full time position as the ISI office in Chantilly grows and expands. An Associates Degree is desirable, but not required. Due to the nature of ISI’s business, Applicants selected must be US Citizens and may be subject to a government security investigation and to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position is available in the Chantilly, VA area.
