Administrative Assistant DTS Expereince

  Qualifications  Associates Degree preferred. A high school diploma with some college or technical training in a related discipline may be considered. The equivalent combination of education, technical training, and at least 2-5 years of related experience is required. A MUST: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading skills; Excellent word processing skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Position contingent on ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. NAVSEA acquisition support and Defense Travel System preferred .  Responsibilities  The candidate selected will perform general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operation of the Alion Undersea Warfare Departments Team Submarine Program Manager.
