Administrative Assistant (BB)

Description of Work: - Support Program Manager in preparing, administrating, and filing, electronic and hard copy communications, briefings, travel, and other program requirements. Provide interface between functional organization and matrix departments. - Support administratively the department in preparing correspondence, charts, spreadsheets, expense reports and domestic/international travel. -Maintain files, records, and property with 100% accountability. - Manage flow and filing of electronic and hard copy information (receipt, tracking, scheduling, and filing). - Interface daily with field sites telephonically and through iMeetings. - Prepare and process daily correspondence with home office and customers. - Coordinate operations cell expense report and labor input. - Maintain suspense system and contract deliverables. - Input timecard data and assist in travel and expense reporting - Perform all duties in accordance with ISO 9002 procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations.Job Requirements: Two to five years with a minimum of 3 years as a senior exectutive or administrative assistant. Capable of using MS suite of office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiar with web access/internet connections. Computer literacy in Lotus Notes cc:mail and Access is desirable. Ability to manage electronic files, archive, and retrieve upon request. Work is performed in office environment. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills. Abiltiy to function in a fast paced, fluid operating environment.
