Nortel Government Solutions has an immediate opening for an Acquisition Systems Business Analyst located in Chantilly, VA The business consultant shall provide expert advice, guidance and counseling to support a wide range of management, organizational and business improvement efforts for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) that include, but are not limited to, the following: Recommend process and productivity improvements to improving the client's organizational performance. Analyze and recommend innovative solutions for implementing high performance work strategies to transform the interactions with Government representatives Interface with internal teams for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution. Analyze requirements, coordinate with Government customers to generate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, instructions/procedures and/or related material. Analyze and track budgets, schedules and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and reports. Create and maintain contract related files. Specific areas of support include compliance controls and administration; contracts/subcontracts data collection, consolidation, preliminary analysis; collection and analysis of weekly/monthly reports and metrics; maintenance and management of centralized data; procurement file documentation; Support the Acquisition Enterprise Support Program Office including specific limited analysis to prepare routine/non-routine correspondence and documentation, presentations and briefings, and program management reports. Assist and perform reviews for Government customers on their needs and evaluate alternatives. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience: 7-9 yrs  Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent At least seven years of intelligence community contracting experience Experience with NGA contracting and budgeting processes. Qualifications: Demonstrated skills and abilities necessary to provide the requisite consulting support to NGA as described. Familiarity with Metrics with application to NGA Contracting and Finance processes. Ability to develop and apply in-depth analysis for various situations and data. Ability to provide technical leadership on process improvement projects Excellent oral and written communication skills at varying levels within the organization. Knowledge of process improvement techniques for improving customer support.
